Brad Sorensen currently serves as the Chief Implementation Officer of Iscential Inc. headquartered in Houston, TX.

Brad is a passionate leader that possesses versatility to develop strategies, drive initiatives, and achieve results. He is an experienced and savvy executive with proven success in sales execution, distribution planning and management, strategy development, and operations.  Brad has spent the majority of his career in both Property Casualty Insurance and Financial Services industries. His roles have included significant experience with national and regional carriers but has also honed his skills on the consulting and distribution side of the business.

Current and Past Experience

Brad is currently working as the Chief Implementation Officer for Iscential to develop and activate programs and platforms for Iscential current and future distribution opportunities. His focus is to significantly help grow Iscential distribution and sales through various models and partnerships.

Prior to joining Iscential, Brad spent 18 years with Nationwide in the financial services, property-casualty, and corporate business units. He held numerous leadership roles in leading large operations, developing and implementing corporate strategies, and running sales organizations in Nationwide Financial and Nationwide Insurance. In addition to his time with Nationwide, Brad also spent 6 years with Grange Insurance where he led operations, sales, and strategy for Grange Life, and served as Regional Vice President for Grange Personal and Commercial Lines.

Education, Certifications, and Affiliations

Brad is a graduate of Ohio State University with a Bachelors’s degree in Accounting. He has also held his FINRA series 6 & 26 licenses and has his FLMI designation.
