Justin Valenzuela currently serves as the Vice President of Distribution of Iscential Inc. headquartered in Houston, TX.

Justin Valenzuela is the Vice President of Distribution for Iscential. His responsibilities include growing Iscential’s overall footprint across the country through various distribution models. He also manages our Credit Union Service Organization, Members 1^st Insurance Services, Powered by Iscential in Partnership with Members 1^st Federal Credit Union in Pennsylvania. Members 1^st Federal Credit Union has over 70 Locations serving more than 420K members and is the second largest credit union in Pennsylvania.

Justin brings over 14 years of insurance distribution building and management with industry leaders like Farmers Insurance. Like many on Iscential’s Executive team, Justin is a player-coach and runs his own agency in Pennsylvania and Oklahoma.

Justin has a BBA Finance degree from the University of Oklahoma where he also played baseball. Justin spends most of his free time giving back to the community with his wife and two children. He started a successful non-profit competitive fastpitch softball organization and spends most weekends on a ball field coaching our youth.
