Iscential is excited to announce its partnership with the top-ranked MS Marketing Program at Texas A&M University. This semester, Iscential will be working with five students from the program on an insurance consumer research study. The students will be conducting secondary research, in-depth interviews, and surveys centered around the insurance buying process. We will always strive to be the best for our clients! We cannot wait to see what these amazing students come up with and are excited to introduce some young bright minds to the world of insurance!
Project Member Bios:
Sarah Carlat received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management in December 2019. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Marketing from Texas A&M University and will graduate in December 2020.
During her time at Texas A&M, Sarah has been involved with Aggie Supply Chain Professionals (ASCP). There she served as VP of membership and Webmaster. She also was involved with the sorority Pi Beta Phi where she held the positions of Philanthropy Assistant and Decorations Lead. She has held multiple jobs during the school years. She worked for the INFO Department as a Student Assistant and for the Association of Former Students as an Events Worker. Currently, she holds an Admin TA position for the Marketing 321/409 class.
During summer 2019 she interned for LyondellBasell in Houston, Texas as a procurement intern. She was tasked with sourcing LyondellBasell’s Travel Management Company.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys golfing, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Madison England is currently in the Professional Program of Accounting. Her undergraduate degree will be a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a Minor in Spanish, along with a Masters of Science in Marketing from Texas A&M University in May 2021.
During her time as an undergraduate, Madison volunteered for Breakaway Ministries on their on-campus marketing team. She was a volunteer for seven semesters, as well as the Creative Committee Head for two semesters, before finally serving as a Squad Leader in her final semesters. Additionally, she has spent time as a girls basketball coach for elementary school students in the Bryan/College Station area. Currently, Madison serves on her local church’s worship team as a vocalist for Sunday mornings and special events.
As a professional, Madison has a wide array of work experience including Financial Services Intern for D.R. Horton Mortgage, Assurance Intern for Ernst & Young, and Marketing & Fundraising Intern for Anidaso (a nonprofit for which Madison now sits on the advisory board).
In her free time, Madison enjoys being active outdoors, running, and playing basketball. When she needs a creative outlet, she enjoys photography, song writing, and reading for personal development.
Kaylie Koenen graduated from Texas State University in May 2020 with her BBA in Marketing. She is now pursuing her Master of Science in Marketing at Texas A&M University, and will graduate in May 2021.
While at Texas State, Kaylie was a member of the volleyball team. During her time on the team, they won two conference championships and made school history by winning the university’s first NCAA tournament match. Aside from playing, Kaylie’s role on the team involved organizing all volunteer activities and opportunities to connect with the community. She also served as a team representative for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee where she championed student-athletes and offered input on NCAA rules, regulations, and policies affecting student-athletes’ lives on the university, conference, and national level.
During the 2019-2020 school year, Kaylie worked at Kayco Spray Booths as a marketing intern. In her role, she designed marketing materials according to the company guidelines and brand message along with researching and organizing various promotional strategies.
In her free time, Kaylie enjoys being active outdoors, loving on her animals, playing with her niece, and spending time with her family and friends.
Jeanette Nunneley graduated from Texas A&M University in May 2020 with her BBA in Marketing, with a focus on Professional Sales and Sales Management. She is now pursuing her Master of Science in Marketing at Texas A&M University and will graduate in May 2021.
During her time completing her undergraduate degree, she was highly involved in the TAMU Reynolds and Reynolds Sales Leadership Institute; she enjoyed competing in sales contests and opportunities to help fellow students grow their own sales skills. Through her time and dedication to the program, she earned four Professional Distinctions in Sales, the equivalent of a certificate. In addition, she spent two years developing herself as a professional inside and outside of the classroom to serve underclassmen as they prepare their own brand and online writing portfolio. For her efforts, she earned the prestigious Martha Loudder Medal of Excellence in May 2020.
Over the summer of 2019, Jeanette interned with Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee in San Antonio. She learned priceless customer service skills, honed her sales talents, and learned how to perfectly clean a car. By the end of the summer, she had the highest percentage of gasoline add-ons in Group 52 (stretching the area from the Mexican border to San Antonio).
In her free time, Jeanette loves performing on stage in musical theatre and choir, playing with her cats, and quality time with her loved ones.
Madison Pratt received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management & Business Honors with a minor in Communication in May 2020 from Texas A&M University. She is now pursuing her Master of Science in Marketing at Texas A&M University, and will graduate in May 2021.
As an undergraduate student, Madison was involved in Greek Life serving as 2019 Panhellenic President. Throughout her experience leading the over 4,000 women of Greek Life, Madison developed her leadership, negotiation, organizational strategy development, and budgeting skills through the various programs Panhellenic hosts. Through this role and her time volunteering for Alpha Chi Omega Headquarters, Madison was selected as a 2020 Fraternity and Sorority Political Action Committee Student Representative. Madison also worked in the Department of Student Activities as a Student Research Assistant where she conducted a benchmarking study to develop recommendations for Texas A&M to better align the Core Value of Selfless Service with volunteer hours and service-learning courses offered. During the summer of 2019, Madison interned at Frito-Lay North America as an Asset Strategy and Optimization Intern developing a warehousing facilities database with a budget estimation tool.
Madison is currently an Administrative Teaching Assistant for the Department of Marketing in Mays Business School and serves as the 2020 President of the Masters Marketing Association. After graduation, Madison hopes to work in a role that can leverage her passion for data analytics with her experience working on cross-functional teams in dynamic situations.
In her free time, Madison enjoys reading World War II era fiction novels, listening to true crime podcasts, and volunteering to better the sorority experience for young women.
